PROTECT GERSON AT ALL COSTS!! This guy went waaaay above and beyond to get my car shipped from Hawaii to TN in record time!! The reason why this was an exceptional transaction was because I was not on the island to be able to facilitate anything. My vehicle was at an auto shop and needed to be removed within a couple hours or it would be towed. Gerson arranged for the vehicle to be shipped inoperable and towed to a location that would hold it until it was prepped to ship!!! Total lifesaver and I will NEVER use another shipping company other than you guys!! Thank you Gerson for the outstanding communication, concern, follow thru, and ability to do what you did.

I have worked with Gerson at Coastal over the last 5 years as I have worked all over the country, shipping my car to each destination. The customer service from this company is top notch. Gerson has always gone above and beyond for me. The actual drivers and transport companies vary, some way better than others.
